Hes moving it with his foot. The ‘entity’ is a bunch of wires and paint on a peg that goes through the floor to a pedal. The small hole is hidden by the mass. You can see his leg moving in tandem with the ‘entity’ in a couple sections.

Earlier smaller versions of the ‘entity’ moving slightly are done by the entity being a piece of metal and being moved via magnets under the table.
